What time my order will be delivered?
Your order will be delivered through Packs, so there is no known delivery time. You will receive a track & trace code to follow your order.
Can I place an order for today?
If you order from Monday to Thursday before 8 p.m., your order will be delivered the next day! Order on Friday before 5 p.m. for delivery on Saturday. And order on Saturday before 5 p.m. for delivery on Monday. Of course, you can choose a later delivery date. Same day delivery is unfortunately not yet possible.
How can I pay?

Can I have my order delivered today?
If you order Monday through Thursday before 8 p.m., your order will be delivered the very next day. Order on Friday before 5 p.m. for delivery on Saturday. And order on Saturday before 5 p.m. for delivery on Monday. Of course, you can choose a later delivery date. Same day delivery is unfortunately not possible yet.

Can I order by phone?
Because you also make an online payment while ordering, it is not possible to place the order by phone.
Will I remain anonymous?
Yes, the recipient will only see the text you put on the card. Not your name and address details. Your personal information is never passed on to third parties, including the recipient.
Do I get a confirmation?
Yes, as soon as you have sent your order, you will receive an automatic email confirmation from us. Here you can check the order.
Can I specify a delivery time?
No, unfortunately not. Your order will be delivered through Packs, therefore there is no known delivery time. You will receive a track & trace code to follow your order.

What time will my order be delivered?
Your order will be delivered via courier, therefore there is no known delivery time. You will receive a track & trace code to follow your order.
What happens if the recipient is not at home?
If the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery, there are several options the courier can take: The courier takes the package back and will make a new delivery attempt on the next delivery day. The courier delivers the package to one of the next-door neighbors. The courier delivers the package to the nearest pickup point. Here the package can be picked up by the recipient the next business day.
What are the delivery costs?
The delivery costs for the whole of the Netherlands are € 5.95 per address regardless of the number of fruit packages.
Where can I see the delivery status?
Via the track & trace link you can follow your order.
Do you deliver abroad?
Yes, currently we deliver fruit in The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg.
Which days do you deliver?
We deliver 6 days a week, from Monday to Saturday.
Can I deliver to a hospital, hotel or campsite?
Yes, you can. However, it is important to provide as much information as possible, such as department, room number, (maiden) name, location etc.. Also a mobile phone number of the recipient can sometimes be helpful to get the order to the right place.
Change or cancel
Can I still change my order?
Changing your order is not a problem, provided your order has not yet been processed. Therefore, please contact customer service as soon as possible.

How do I use my voucher or discount code?

How do I pay with a discount code or giftcard??
A gift card is a means of payment and can be recognized by its long number (13 to 19 digits) and a corresponding scratch or pin code. When completing the order, choose your type of gift card under the payment method. We accept VVV giftcard, YourGiftcard and Webshop giftcard.
What if I do not have enough balance on my giftcard??
If there is not enough balance on the gift card, you can pay the remainder via another payment method. You will automatically be offered this option. If you do not pay the balance, your order will automatically be canceled and the balance will be refunded to your gift card within 2 hours.
What is the difference between a voucher and a giftcard?
A voucher code gives a discount on your order. You enter this code while ordering. A giftcard is a means of payment, you use it at the end of the order to pay.
Can I use multiple vouchers or giftcards?
You can use a maximum of 1 voucher per order. Gift vouchers (gift cards) are a method of payment and you can use several of them at checkout.
Can I pay safely?
The checkout process is always done in a secure environment through our payment provider. So you can pay safely with confidence.
Can I pay afterwards?
With a personal account you can use Riverty to order now and pay later. Unfortunately, as a business customer it is no longer possible to pay by invoice. Would you like to order a fruit basket by invoice? Then we recommend ordering your fruit gift on Topgeschenken.nl.

Service and warranty
How do I make a complaint?
Every day we process thousands of orders with the utmost care. Nevertheless, sometimes things go wrong with us too. Did something go wrong with your order? Our sincere apologies. Please contact us, preferably via email, so we can make it right. You will receive a substantive response from us within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after we have received your complaint. If you are not satisfied with the handling of your complaint, you can also submit it to the Thuiswinkel Disputes Committee or to this Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform
Returns and right of withdrawal
On fruit the right of withdrawal is excluded due to the limited shelf life of these products. On all other articles the right of withdrawal does apply. This means that you may return your received products without giving any reason. You must notify our customer service department within 14 days after receipt of the goods. You then have 14 days to return the products. You can also return your products without prior notice within 14 days of receipt as long as you enclose a notice of your wish to cancel. Please do this as much as possible in the original packaging to the sender indicated on the packaging. The amount paid by you including standard delivery charges for the return shipment will be refunded to your account as soon as possible, but at the latest within 14 days after revocation. We will refund you with the same means of payment you used for the original transaction. Unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, no fees will be charged for such a refund. We may wait to refund you until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. If you are found to have damaged the products, charges may apply.
