Placing your order
Placing an order with Topfruit.nl is easy, quick and simple. By following these 3 steps, which navigate you through the website, an order is placed in no time.
Step 1:
Select your desired product and click “Add to Cart.” If you’d like, you can now add a personal card or other tasty extras to your order. Want to keep shopping? Click “Continue Shopping.” Happy with your selection? Click “Go to Cart” to proceed. A page will appear showing your cart's contents, where you can add more items, adjust quantities, or edit your card’s design. Checked everything and satisfied with your order? Click “Proceed to Checkout.”
Step 2:
Enter your email address. If you already have an account, simply log in. If not, fill in your details so we can contact you if necessary. Choose whether to create an account (convenient!) or continue as a guest. Note that you cannot check out as a guest if you already have an account. Click “Continue” or “Continue as Guest.”
Do you have multiple products in your cart? Indicate whether they should be delivered to one or multiple addresses. Then, fill in all delivery details and click “Proceed to Delivery Date.” Delivery is available from Monday to Saturday. Choose your preferred delivery day(s) and click “Continue.”
Step 3:
Now, select your preferred payment method and add a discount code if you have one. Then click “Pay and Place Order” to complete payment and finalize your order. Once payment is successful, your order is complete, and you’ll receive a confirmation email within minutes.
Done! Enjoy your order.
Payment method
You can pay Topfruit.nl in the following ways:
iDeal
iDeal is fast, simple and a secure online payment through your own bank. Do you use internet banking at your bank or do you have a banking app on your mobile or tablet? Then you can easily arrange your payment online. You select the bank you are affiliated with and then you will be redirected to your online banking or banking app to make the payment.
Creditcard
Your credit card information is securely transmitted through our payment partner and not stored. Topfruit.nl accepts the following creditcards:

American Express
PayPal
For payments through PayPal you need a PayPal account. Using PayPal you can easily pay using your email address. You can link your PayPal account to your bank account.
Bancontact
Bancontact is the most widely used payment method in Belgium. It is connected to 20 Belgian banks and supports both one-time and recurring payments. Payments can be made using the Payconiq by Bancontact app, which uses a generated QR code. Online payments are processed through a secure connection in the customer’s online banking environment.
Riverty
Do you wish to pay after delivery? This is possible with Riverty. When you choose Riverty, you will receive an email with a payment request a few days after your order. This way you can easily make the payment afterwards. Riverty carries out the entire payment process for Topfruit.nl. This means that you will receive a digital invoice from Riverty via e-mail to pay for the purchased product.
To approve the request for payment, Riverty performs a data check. Riverty has a strict privacy policy as described in its privacy statement. In the unlikely event that the request for payment is not authorized, then you can of course pay the purchased product with another payment method. You can always contact Riverty with your questions. For more information we refer you to the consumer section of the Riverty website.

Here's how paying with a gift card works:
Step 1.
Choose a beautiful fruit basket and follow all the steps.
Step 2.
Choose Gift Card for the payment method.
Step 3.
Enter the long barcode number + the PIN code behind the scratch layer and follow the further steps to complete your order.
If an order is not completed, your gift card may be temporarily deactivated. After about 2 hours these are automatically released and you can still use the gift card in your order
Do you have a shortage of balance on the gift card?
Then you can pay the remaining amount after your partial payment with the gift card with, for example, iDeal. If you do not do this, your order will not be completed and after a while (usually after 2 hours) the balance will be put back on your gift card. You can then try again at a later time.
Paying with multiple gift cards?
That's possible. After your partial payment with your first gift card, you choose Gift Card again. Repeat if you have any more gift cards.
Balance left?
The remaining balance remains on the card for a subsequent purchase.
