Delivery and returns

Delivery

Orders through Topfruit.nl are delivered from Monday to Saturday and are carried out by Packs. If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, there are a number of options the courier can then undertake:

  • The courier takes the package back and will make a new delivery attempt on the next delivery day.

  • The courier delivers the package to one of the adjacent neighbors.

In all the above cases, the courier will leave a bill in the recipient's mailbox, indicating which step has been taken.

Delivery costs

The delivery costs are determined by the weight, the number of fruit baskets and the delivery country of your order. In fact, it is also possible to have your order delivered in Belgium or Luxembourg.

The delivery costs for the delivery of a fruit basket are:

Delivery time

Monday through Friday, you can place an order until 5 p.m. for next-day delivery. Orders placed on Saturday before 17:00 will be delivered on Monday. A preferred time for delivery is unfortunately not possible. This also applies to delivery in Belgium and Luxembourg. Larger quantities will be delivered within a certain period or on a preferred date by arrangement.

Delivery status

As soon as your order is processed at Topfruit.nl, it will be transferred to Packs. You will automatically receive an e-mail notification of this. Your order will be delivered on your chosen delivery date, which is mentioned in the e-mail.

In this e-mail you will receive a link to the Packs Track & Trace website. Through this link, you can view and track the current delivery status of your order. Your order will go through several stages and eventually you will also be able to see if your order has been delivered.

Returning

For fruit baskets, the right of withdrawal is excluded due to the limited shelf life of these fresh products. On all other articles the right of withdrawal does apply. This means that you may return the products without giving any reason. You must within 14 days after receipt of the goods, make this known to our customer service and within 14 days to return. Please send this as much as possible in the original packaging to the sender listed on the package.

After we have received your return order, you will receive within 14 days the amount you paid including delivery costs back into your checking account.

The costs incurred to return the package are for your own account. If it appears that you have damaged the products, costs will be charged.
